Citrus Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon

Ingedients
2 6-oz salmon fillets with skin on
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 blood orange
1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Cedar plank (soaked for 1 hour prior to grilling)
Directions

1. Heat grill to high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
2. Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry. Coat each fillet well with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Place salmon fillets on soaked cedar plank and top with slices of blood orange and lemon.
4. Grill on high heat for 8 - 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flaky (cook time will vary depending on thickness of salmon).
